Plan and execute the Main Street Program for Lititz
- Work with small businesses start ups
- Performed business surveys and trade area studies
- Started the successful gift certificate “Lititz Dollars” program
- Business retention and business recruitment
- Partner with SCORE, Community First Fund and Assets
- Sponsor Second Fridays
- Created the Lititz Farmers Market that just completed its successful third year
- Sponsored several group advertising and retail promotions locally and nationally
- Produce and distribute the Lititz Directory
- Created guided Walking Tours for the historic district
Wayfinding Program
- Word with Lancaster County Planning Commission to write a manual for small communities
- Hired Derck & Edson to assist with our vehicular and pedestrian wayfinding program planning
- Placed pedestrian signs throughout the downtown
Master Plan
- Hired Derck & Edson to assist us in planning for development in the downtown

Lititz Run Improvement plan
- To start work once the Chesapeake Bay Initiative regulations are in place

Rail Line Service Enhancement Plan
- Working with the Lancaster County EDC, Housing and Redevelopment, Lititz Borough and Warwick Township to remove existing rail spur and relocating it also enhancing the existing spurs to accommodate Cargill
Develop an organization that will continue to improve and strengthen the downtown as well as further development and job growth in the region
